Since 2005, Trad on the Prom has been thrilling audiences with its extraordinary energy and passionate performances while delivering authentic traditional Irish music, song and dance with a thrilling contemporary edge. Trad on the Prom – the number 1 show in Ireland – is a cultural highlight of the Wild Atlantic Way and a MUST for every Irish holiday adventure. 

Music: Trad on the Prom showcases the amazing talents of legendary musician Máirín Fahy, featured soloist with Riverdance. Máirín is joined on stage by Gerard Fahy (musical director and composer of ‘Lord of the Dance’) on uilleann pipes, whistles and bouzouki, multi-instrumentalist Yvonne Fahy on accordion and bodhrán, producer and host Chris Kelly on guitar, concertina supremo Padraig Rynne and gifted keyboard player Colm Henry.

Dance: The show features a stunning line-up of renowned Irish dancers who have jointly amassed an amazing 27 World Champion titles! This includes Clare Greaney (six-time World Champion), Cathal Keaney (lead, Lord of the Dance) and Ronan O’Connell and Dara Kelly, co-founders of TikTok sensation Cairde. 

Song: Singers include Eurovision star Marc Roberts, The Chieftains vocalist Yvonne McMahon and ‘Song of the Year’ winner Don Stiffe.
